- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the verifiable written consent of a parent or legal guardian
- Have completed or be in the final stage of completing a recognized secondary or tertiary education qualification
- Have the legal right to apply for a US student visa from your country of nationality or residence

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual at our sole discretion, including where we believe the applicant does not meet these eligibility requirements or where providing services would be unlawful.

Fees & Payments
5.1 Consulting Fees
Our consulting fees are structured in installments as follows:
USD 320
Initial Consultation Fee
Due upon enrollment. Covers profile review, eligibility assessment, program agreement, and activation of your scholar account.
USD 160
Second Installment
Due upon confirmation of offer letter acceptance. Covers continued visa preparation and pre-departure support through Stage 26.
5.2 Third-Party Fees
The following fees are not paid to Majuu Scholars Program. They are paid directly by the scholar to the relevant government authority. We assist with guidance and verification only:
- US Embassy MRV Visa Fee: USD 185 — paid directly to the US Embassy at the time of visa appointment booking
- SEVIS Fee: USD 350 — paid directly to the US Department of Homeland Security via FMJfee.com
5.3 Refund Policy
The Initial Consultation Fee of USD 320 is non-refundable once your scholar account has been activated and your program assessment has commenced. This reflects the immediate allocation of advisor time and resources upon enrollment.
Refunds of the Second Installment (USD 160) may be considered on a case-by-case basis only where:
- Your visa application was rejected and you have not yet received your I-20 support from us, or
- We are unable to deliver agreed services due to circumstances entirely within our control
To request a refund, contact info@majuuscholarsprogram.com within 30 days of the triggering event. All refund decisions are final.
5.4 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, M-Pesa, and other methods detailed in your program agreement. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, bank charges, or transfer fees applied by your financial institution.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Majuu Scholars Program provides consulting, guidance, and application support services. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant any of the following outcomes:
- Admission to any university or academic program
- Approval of a US student visa (F-1 or otherwise)
- Receipt or maintenance of a SEVIS record
- Specific IELTS or other examination scores
- Scholarship or financial aid awards
- Specific timelines for any stage of the application process
University admissions decisions are made solely by the relevant institution based on their own criteria. Visa decisions are made solely by US Consular Officers at the relevant embassy or consulate. These decisions are outside our control and we have no influence over them.
Our role is to maximize your application quality and preparation. A well-prepared application does not guarantee a favorable outcome. Engaging our services does not create an expectation of, or contractual obligation to deliver, any specific academic or immigration outcome.
Any testimonials, success stories, or outcome statistics shared on our website or marketing materials reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not guarantees of similar results.
Your Obligations
Our ability to effectively support you depends on your active participation and cooperation. By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information: All information you provide — including academic records, personal details, financial information, and immigration history — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund and may have serious legal and immigration consequences.
- Respond promptly: Timely response to advisor requests, stage requirements, and document submission deadlines is essential. Delays caused by your inaction may result in missed application windows, for which Majuu Scholars Program accepts no liability.
- Complete required stages: Our program is structured into 26 sequential stages. You are responsible for completing each stage within reasonable timeframes agreed with your advisor.
- Pay fees on time: Failure to pay installments by agreed deadlines may result in suspension of services.
- Comply with applicable laws: You must ensure all documents you provide are genuine and obtained lawfully. You must comply with all applicable US immigration requirements throughout your visa application and period of study.
- Maintain respectful conduct: You agree to treat all Majuu Scholars staff with professional courtesy. Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at any staff member will result in immediate termination of your engagement.
Document Submission
By uploading documents to our platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the rightful owner of all documents submitted
- All documents are genuine, unaltered, and accurately represent the underlying facts
- You have the right to share said documents with us and, where applicable, with third-party institutions
- No document submitted contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
Submission of fraudulent documents — including forged transcripts, altered bank statements, or false identity documents — is a serious criminal offence under the laws of both the United States and Kenya. It will result in immediate termination of our services, forfeiture of all fees paid, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement and immigration authorities.
We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any document you submit. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a document is fraudulent, we are not obligated to proceed with your application and will not provide a refund.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our platform or services to:
- Submit or share fraudulent, forged, or misrepresentative documents or information
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the accounts or data of other users
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with our platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software or proprietary systems
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any staff member or other user of our services
- Attempt to circumvent our fee structure or payment obligations
- Share your account access with third parties who offer to "assist" with your application without our knowledge
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and services, without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Majuu Scholars Program, its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to:
