A full timed IELTS practice test to establish your baseline score and identify the bands where you lose the most points.

    2

    Personalised Study Plan

A week-by-week plan matched to your target score and timeline — weighting study time toward your weakest areas.

    3

    Frequently asked questions

What IELTS score do I need for a US university?

Most US universities require a minimum overall band score of 6.5 with no individual band below 6.0. Competitive programmes (engineering, business, medicine) often require 7.0 or higher. Your target score depends on the specific universities on your list.

Is IELTS or TOEFL better for US universities?

Both are accepted by virtually all US universities. IELTS is more familiar to Kenyan students and tends to be preferred. The key is to choose the one you're most comfortable with and practice it exclusively.

How long does it take to improve an IELTS score by one band?

With structured daily practice, most students improve by 0.5–1 band in 8–12 weeks. Improving from 5.5 to 6.5 (two full bands) typically requires 4–6 months of consistent effort.
